Shipping and Returns
SleepyNico carriers will be sent using Royal Mail recorded delivery service to UK Mainland address priced according to the package weight (SleepyNico carriers weigh from 0.4-0.8kg). Delivery aim is 3-5 days (once the package has been dispatched).
If you would like your carrier sent to you more quickly please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to organise a Special Delivery with Royal Mail.
EU and Worldwide Customers will have their carriers sent by Royal Mail. SleepyNico carriers can't be shipped to the US or Canada due to insurance restrictions.
Dates stated for delivery of items are approximate only and SleepyNico will not be liable for any delay in delivery however caused. If SleepyNico fails to deliver the goods for any reason unless it was beyond SleepyNico’s reasonable control or the customer’s fault, SleepyNico’s liability will be limited to the invoice price of the goods.
SleepyNico will not be held responsible for non-delivery or delays caused by customers giving incomplete or incorrect delivery address.
You will receive an email from SleepyNico with details and tracking link.
Please EMAIL US FIRST when considering returning your item (email@example.com).
We will offer a full refund for an unused, unwashed item purchased from SleepyNico website within 7 days of receipt.
You don’t need to give a reason why you wish to return the item but we would like to hear your opinion to find ways to improve our products.
If you discover that the item you purchased has defects please contact us straight away. You then may get a full refund, replacement or repair if possible.
SleepyNico will refund your postage costs for returning a defective item.
