Shipping and Returns
Sleepy Nico carriers will normally be sent using Royal Mail recorded delivery service to UK Mainland address priced according to the package weight (Sleepy Nico carriers weigh from 0.4-0.8kg). Delivery aim is 3-5 days (once the package has been dispatched). Due to lockdown restrictions we have been using couriers as items can be collected which avoids extra trips. There have also been massive delays in some areas so please bare this in mind when waiting for a delivery.
If you would like your carrier sent to you more quickly please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to organise a Special Delivery with Royal Mail.
EU and Worldwide Customers will have their carriers sent by Royal Mail. Sleepy Nico carriers can't be shipped to the US or Canada due to insurance restrictions.
Dates stated for delivery of items are approximate only and Sleepy Nico will not be liable for any delay in delivery however caused. If Sleepy Nico fails to deliver the goods for any reason unless it was beyond Sleepy Nico’s reasonable control or the customer’s fault, Sleepy Nico’s liability will be limited to the invoice price of the goods.
Sleepy Nico will not be held responsible for non-delivery or delays caused by customers giving incomplete or incorrect delivery address.

We will offer a full refund for an unused, unwashed item purchased from Sleepy Nico website within 14 days of receipt.
Contact must be made within 14 days of receiving the goods.
You don’t need to give a reason why you wish to return the item but we would like to hear your opinion to find ways to improve our products.
If you discover that the item you purchased has defects please contact us straight away. You then may get a full refund, replacement or repair if possible.
Sleepy Nico will refund your postage costs for returning a defective item.
